Best Service near Bristol

Hi All - looking for 4200 servicing near Bristol & experiences. The obvious Dick Lovett option is an easy choice albeit not the cheapest, I know there's Migliore & Sytner Birmingham way & then we're getting farther afield. My car is known to Bob Houghton so tempted but haven't heard anything about them either .....

Any suggestions to avoid costs or a lengthy drive (time is not on my side for the next few months) I would be most appreciative!

Just checked the above site.........cheapest for an annual service .....£432

For a clutch they varied from £1260 to £2390.....including VAT....now if you need release bearing, etc add extra

I think you may be supprised with Dick Lovett......Mark found them the cheapest for his clutch plus they will match like for like......

BH has a good reputation as well...

Seriously impressive new facilities and cannot fault the service I'm receiving with my new 4200. Can't wait to collect it next weekend!

SF, I would phone DL and speak to the chap in service who's name escapes me....He came to Llandow last year and did I'm sure there will be a very competitive quote once you mention SM to him......Someone will be along and remember his name soon I'm sure....

You want Paul Cottrell - he heads up the service department - nothing is too much trouble.

Yep, 11 out of 10 for me from Paul, top guy, really looks after you, nothing too much trouble.

Alan in parts is of the same ilk too, really helpful guy and I dont even bother getting prices from other parts suppliers, Alan always sorts me out a bit of discount and the others don't get close.

Doesn't charge me postage either!

I have used Bob Haughton once when I could not get my car to Emblem in Poole...Good service and collection in a covered transporter for a small fee. However I recall Emblem are offering free collection too at the moment.

My brotherinlaw used to take his 575 to Bob Haughton....He never had any complaints...

Hi Andy, that sounds cool, I'll ask the `powers that be` and see what we can sort out...no MC Stradale's in stock unfortunately though :-( As that would be a right old hoot hammering one of them around!
