Battery went flat - Alarm always on/ remote not working

Hi all,

since my battery went flat, both remote keys are not working anymore. I could live with that since I barely used them, but the annoying part is the always blinking red LED on the dashboard. What seems weird is the fact when I press the button on the key, the blinking of the LED gets slower.

Does anyone has an idea what to do? I already tried pressing the button 8 times and disconnected and reconnected the related Alarm unit behind the driver on the left side. Nothing helped

I am very close to buy a black sticker to cover the LED - pulling the fuse is not an option unfortunately since the alarm signal lights are on the same fuse.

Sorry, No 3200. And yes, disconnected it for the whole night - still the same issue.
