Battery starter pack

First time use of Rav Power today
Let me explain
Went to the car this morning and flat battery. It has not had much use lately.
Put Lidl Battery Charger on it and it would not select 12V option
Put Aldi charger on and it showed error.
Put a meter across and showed 4V which is too low for the battery chargers to do their stuff apparently
With trepidation I put the Rav Power on it and the QPV started more or less straight away, phew
Usual dashboard lights
Put the Aldi charger on and it showed 11V
Still on charge and appears to be working normally.
Questions
I was not expecting the voltage to be 4V is this normal? Last time of use was a few days ago and only short runs and while the charger is on it registers 11V
Why did the Lidl and Aldi chargers not do the job?
The battery was new 4 years ago. Will it be ok once re charged?
We have had a lot of heavy (very) rain lately a possible short circuit for the battery to drain so quickly so low a voltage.
There may be more Q if I cannot get all the electrics to work properly again
Thank you
I had the aldi charger, with the voltage display. Did the job ok for a few years, but I suspect it went wonky at the end and fried my original battery.

Anyway, now a Yuasa and upgraged to a 5A Ctek, about 80 euros shipped, seems to have a very good charge plan.

OK
All clear of warnings and battery charger removed.
Battery charge is 12.4V
I will check it tomorrow morning
What will the voltage be then?
If I need a new battery which is a good one? The present one is a Bosch and has been on 4 years

I googled, not sure if I'm really a answering your question, but a float voltage for a car battery should be about 13.2 to 13.5 v. Try to measure directly at the battery terminals

Decided to invest in a RAV charger pack to avoid the embarrassment and subsequent p!ss taking from my recent non commencement of the Le Mans trip!

these new type of battery packs are great, used to have a big old Clarke one that weighed a friggin ton, bought a Noco Genius last year and these things are phenomenal, used it several times starting completely dead big bar steward batteries on dumpers and diggers, worth it's weight in gold

Yipee
Still at 12.4V this morning
Looks like it was all my fault not putting it on trickle charge this warm balmy summer
Lesson learned

Yep my Rav power is very similar and has worked (once) a treat.
It holds its charge very well too over a period of months
