AutoDoc experience

I bought some spacers as I was debating whether to get the installed when changing tyres and alignment. The cost was £350.

In the end I decided to return them.

After a week I sent autodoc support a message to ask if they had receive the return parcel. I was told they had not received it, but to provide the tracking number.

Fair enough, but I had thrown away the receipt so no number to hand.

A week went by and two more exchanges with them stating the same, no parcel received, please provide tracking.

I then decided to flip my recycling bin and found the tracking number, it had been delivered next day after posting (now 20 days ago).

Contacted them again, I was told again they didn't have the parcel and can't do anything without the tracking etc etc - Then in the same chat I told the support person the tracking number - instantly the "person" said yes the parcel has been received the refund is now being issued.

 Helpful bunch of #£&@s...

Grrrr

Ordered some relays on Tuesday which were marked as in stock. Today, Saturday, I received an email to say they had been packed and shipped today.

It takes about 5 days to receive them so that’s nearly two weeks.

Far too slow in my book

They do take a while for sure. Where are they in Europe? I cannot remember.
