Arty Farty Pictures

A friend of mine who is into photography reckons Dungeoness is an excellent place to take arty pics purely because of it's bleakness.

As it's just down the road from me I thought I'd take a couple.
I particularly like the lighthouse one. Not bad for an iPhone.

Anyone else done some arty farty shots of their Maser?

I have been told that the light there is good for painters / photographers, quite how it differs I'm not sure!

not too bad for an iphone really and can see that with a little processing you could get some really good moody shots there..
#3 my fav because you have used rule of third but also dodgy horizons are one of my pet hates, so I'm taking that gold star back! ;)

It's also home to a rather large military range complex - don't go past the red flags or risk a few holes in the paintwork

nice place for photos you need a bit more clarity on the subject, car, horizon, moody sky or sparse buildings - framing that's the word :)

Arty f4rty pictures are fun... I did a couple of shoots with my old 4200, but none yet with the GS.

Mark, I'll be interested to see what yours come out with when you add the bullet holes. I've heart they're artsy, although not quite my thing.

Love this one head of the queue before the parade lap at Carfest Oulton Park '14.
I didn't take it, my friend did with his fish eye lens.
Love the contrast of colours with the marshal in his orange boiler suit looking on!

Also like this one, Anglesey Track day with the sea and sky.

Same Track day, in the morning rain driving very carefully!
Bit different to the usually bright dry photo's.
Really highlights it big **** and rear tyres!

Not sure how arty farty these are but I've always liked these ones taken on the Snake Pass.

Slightly more arty, I took this from the balcony of a friend's chalet outside Morzine last week.

Can't work out how to turn this round!

Lovely shots David of the GT.

Such a beautiful shape still after all these years.

Modern Classic.

A couple of my old 4200 at the top of the Furka Pass in Switzerland.

No photoshop or any processing done. Makes me wondered why I sold!
