I bought a 3200 clutch from them in 2014 and when l went to fit it in 2016 the plate was the wrong one. I contacted them and even 2 years later they changed it for me so a good experience for me.

You will also remember that Koen Bart and I had a civilised chat and gave me assurances he would rectify the issues...as the last thing he wants is to get slated on here.

This is still the case and the above incentive should be reason enough to sort the issues.

Give him a go and let me know if you experience any difficulties as I have an express line of communication to him which will result in a satisfactory resolve.

There haven't been any further horror stories since July. Which is something. Could be he's already cooked his goose though. Have you, or anyone else here for that matter, bought from him since? Would be good to get a full explanation what caused the problems in the first place.
