...no reserve.......you'd need to drive her....to ensure no other damage.....buy it for 6/7...spend another 10K if pear shaped!

I shall be watching that with interest... haven't made the jump for an Alfa yet, if that still less than £4k when the action is ending I might stick a sneaky bid on... hmm.

What's the big risk here - engine?

FSH and verified 40k (I will check) mileage. I assume they'll start and run it for me, maybe even a scoot round the block.

At £8/9k I'm not interested in it, but at £4k, like Matt says... maybe worth a punt. Probably a bit more grunt than a 4-pot Alfa!

It has full history and V5 present which you some times don't get with stolen recovered......

Exactly Andy, or I wouldn't have given it a second thought. Have emailed them to get their location and I want a look at the hood. Judging by the condition of the interior, it should be OK. So far... there are no downsides, but that probably means it will make good money!

I would not have thought it would go much over 5k to be honest.....People are still scared of these cars with reliability and cost of ownership.....Could be a bit of a bargain if all checks out OK.

Shame it's not a 2.8, 2.5 is under 190bhp! Not sure how such a big engine with 2 turbos can be so weedy...

Still... it's kind of cool.

Yes 2.8 would be nice but if you can get it for 4/5k then its a cheap Maserati..
