Guten Tag!
After surfing around for quite a while, it's time to say HELLO!
First of all, I must admit, this is an awesome forum. Thanks for the initiative and contribution of every single one of you guys!

Presently, I am in search for MY Maserati.
Because after about 10 years of Porsche, I would like to give my family more room to enjoy what I enjoy. (Yes, it's about the backseats.)
At first I got caught by the beauty of Pininfarina's QP5. Liked the front-mid-engine/ transaxle layout plus the drama coming from the exhaust.
But I learned that driving it in normal traffic is not that much of a difference to my E-Class. (Please, forgive!)
Then the GT was nice, but waaayyy bigger then the Porsche. More the size of E-Class or think of it as a 2-door QP5. Maybe that will grow on me one day in form of a 4-seater MC Stradale...
Somehow I had a chance to test a Gransport. Surprisingly to me, I seem to fit my 6foot3 in it.
In brief: The search for a GS is on!
Profile: Preferably not the usual leasing combo (Black/black or silver/black). Want some mediterranean spirit with it. Why not blue, bianco fuji, giallo, rosso, grigio?

...Oh, talking about my fleet... there is also a beautiful link to the British Isle: My Triumph Tiger 955i, roulette green (first owner).

Cheers,

Thoralf

Thanks drewf!
Did anyone put a request in for German lessons?
This is sooo educational. Should investigate possible EU-funding :saifi3:

Hi Thoralf, a warm welcome to "The" Maserati Forum..!! We don't mind people lurking in the background, but it is much better to be involved, so you have made the right move..!!

Is that a trick question, hodroyd?
I'm still troubling with all the dialects in Southern Germany.
But test me, guess I'll understand your Swedish...
And NO, non of my parts have labels in terms of localization.
(Hicks, that was bold of me..)

Thanks for the welcome!
