Many years ago I bought a Merc 350 SL from Amari, just before he was sent to prison. It later turned out that the outstanding finance on the Merc had not been cleared. Luckily I was covered, having bought it from a dealer, so all I had to do was show the trade advert to the finance company to have the issue resolved.
Up until that time I had bought and sold a few of my Ferraris and Lamborghinis through Amari. But nothing since he was sent down.
