They should be exactly the same. I have a 3200 automatic so simply ordered the 4200/GS version for my car. If yours is manual you'll need to make sure you specify manual version of the 4200 as I think the CC version will come as standard.

I have the dead pedal ready to fit on my GS but I am a little nervous drilling into the floor to attach it. Anyone know what's in the space behind where the old rubber footrest ? (wires/pipes etc)
