To be honest i like the car just as it is.It was someones take or interpretation of how they felt the car should look and i agree that the slightly dated/classic design which is lifted by the wheels and the engine works very well.
Its a piece of fun and is not meant to look like a retro classic as far as i can tell...But then i am noted as having little or no taste.
The wire wheels on both modern maserati look crude and the other wheel option "the bi metal" are total pants! Huge money for 80`s designs LOL.
P.s I fixed Zara Phillips HGV horse lorry last year ....and once ignored Noel edmonds whilst walking down the road cause he kept looking at me willing me to recognise him LOL.
I also met George and Andy of Wham at a large party in soton in the mid 80`s and had a chat and a bit of a joke with the great Kenny Everet at another large party.
Met the band Y&T backstage after a concert and had a few drinks with them.after chatting up the lead singer/guitarists missus by accident....totally great guys every one of them (but maybe not your musical tastes).
