Matt I have had good reason to repremand you in the past along with Frank for questioning my authority here and whilst I have always showed you respect in the past this seems to always go over your head. Your persistent efforts to undermine my authority cannot go unpunished. Like Frank I have issued you with one strike and I hope this will bring you into line.

Last year I made a net profit of a mere £473,000 and I really don't think you have grasped the enormity of trying to run a Forum on a shoe string budget.

I prefer to maintain harmony on the Forum but persistent offenders are causing me to take drastic action.

Please take note of this warning and remember harmony can only be maintained by obeying my rules which means doing exactly as I say when I say and having no opinions on anything.

In effect I am giving up my role as your leader.

I have been doing this job for a long time now and quite frankly have found it a thankless task with a small profit of £473,000 pa and very little benefits other than the company car an MC12

My sheperding days are over and I am leaving you with my blessing and sincere hope that the forum continues to prosper under Matt's guidance.

I wish you all well over the festive season and will from time to time pop in to monitor how you all getting on.

As a parting jesture I have lifted all strikes.

There's a good boy (someone who shall remain nameless) put the old git back in his box for another year , for those who are not quite up to speed , Brian Birdcage ) is Sportsmaserati's equiverlant to the xmas tree fairy , instead of getting it out come yule tide kissing it and placing on top of said tree , we ressurect his name and give him a right slaggging banter and then he gets put away for the following year
