Lets hope its just a sabbatical and he will be back with us soonSince Phil left this has been a quiet thread. Not a bad thing ;-)

Photo is a R4Spotted in Marlborough on Friday. The famous French family car of the period parked next to a typical family car of today once again highlights how they have grown. I did spot a sizeable chap getting into the R5 later and noted he was definitely rubbing shoulders with Mrs R5 though! Looked a v clean example and assume one of the last?
Regardless Phil would be proud to see one of his fledglingsPhoto is a R4
typo! I has a R5 turbo2 back in the day. A friend had the R4 when we were in 6th form and was the choice option for lunchtime beers (much roomier than anything else - ironic given its size now.Photo is a R4
Lots of room in the back with the seats down as wellAgreed R4 was our trip to the pub at lunchtime as we could get 6 in easy
There’s one in that spec up for sale in the UK.At the local cars and coffee at the weekend this turned up, as Phil isn't here I can admit I was quite smitten
