Can anyone advise does this thread largely hold true on the 4200 spyder, as my instrument back lights all stopped when I adjusted the brightness rheostat under the rev counter , I suspect rheostat is knackered… even though it’s an OEM replacement from 2016 with just 3500 miles on it….can’t beat the quality!!, but I have the original as a working spare.

cheers

Tom

The same you just have to unscrew the trim on top of the windscreen (roof open) to get the A pillar trims off

you have to love Italian electrics, another twist of the cluster backlight rheostat before I was about to disassemble the dash and the instrument backlights are working again.... go figure... not complaining.... 3+ hours of my life back...
