I guess my only thought (and not necessarily a good one) is that there were US-spec versions of those but not the 32's...

I think 3200, Ghibli 2 and Biturbos have gone up from their historic low. I don’t watch the later lesser models with the Fiat engine ;)

The argument about the 3200 and the US market is they never got it so when they can import it, it may increases in price. The US always had the 4200 so no effect.

Concourse low miles one maybe, but most of the 3200s on the market today (bar some I know and I am sure many owners will fight their corner) are pretty tired cars, and as we know spares/repairs are not available for far too many parts. Also why would you take a RHD car with English corrosion levels when you can get them with the wheel on the side of the car they have in the US and from places where salt is not sprinkled on them every winter.

It’s an international market so an increase in prices for cars that meet the 25 year import for US will have an effect here. Skylines, Impreza 25b, Integrale, Ur Quattro all got to that age and rocketed. Some especially Skylines for no other reason than the US. Just because no one is exporting Skylines from UK to US doesn’t mean you can get a £10k GTR here.

The cars you quote above have a huge following from both the Rally days and the Play Station generation - Where is that following for the 3200?

OP wasn't about residual values, I imagine any making their way over there would be EU sourced anyways, no the rarity value would be enough for me if I was in the US. Remember it's the car the Bureaucrats said you couldn't have, a car that kick started the coupe market, a car that was the last of the last remnants of the de tomaso era engine, besides that it's just an awesome old school machine.
