Which is also the same part as the 4200 coupe. So there should be plenty around.

It was my understanding that

980010980​

was for the RHD cars, am I mistaken?

Is same as Lancia Kappa (as far as i can see) But these seem out of stock too......

It says that the original part number, for a LHD car, is superceeded by the part number for a RHD car. May takeaway from that is that the LHD / RHD but is a red herring and they all fit.

@Potakas I am not sure this is correct but worth a try. It looks like the fan was in the 166 too.
First picture are numbers on back of a fan on ebay @250euros. Second is from a 166 @29 euros. I searched 5.728.216.00.
