In egypt the driving test consists of driving forward 500m and then backwards 500m, its considered wimpy to use headlights, hence they all drive around without any on!

Will be racking up many more im intending mine to be the highest miler 4200cc.
The only times i did'nt use her was during the snow and the weeks i was working away but in my first 12 months with my eurotrip have done nearly 12,000 miles.

Just cracked the 10k mile barrier since last November. Doing The Ring and, hopefully, the Stelvio and the Alps tunnels in Sept. Should add another 2k or so. 12k in the year, they reckon that's the average annual mileage don't they?

Not on one of these Ian , average is around 4/5K max , most use them as 2nd or 3rd cars , especially from new of the 1st 5 years

Bought my 4200 when it was 4 years old with 17800 on the clock , and bought the GS when it was 4 years old with 28K , and that was considered a highish miler

It's all true, seem to remember it being an 'M' reg. I quite liked the car including the orange colour but then I was young and innocent....
