Hi Guys,

I'd been hoping to get back in to the fold to be able to do the Centenary trip in September in the correct make of car. I wasn't going to be seriously looking until further in to the summer to maximise the value of the Z4, however Simons car is too good an opportunity to pass up.

To be fair to the Z4 it's possibly one of the best all round cars I've ever owned. Comfortable and quiet with the roof up for long journeys and fun in the twisty bits with the roof down. Throw in a BMW straight 6 engine and it's turned out to be a surprisingly good car to own, more so than I expected. What it isn't however is an Italian V8 and after spending the weekend at the Mille Miliga in Rome I became more determined to right that wrong

I have a 2001 3200 with 52k on the clock, used every day until my new job and as such, never elt me down. As long as they are looked after, used and maintained, they will do you proud.
