Hopefully my other half's health and well being can get back to normal after too many eye operations and check up visits this year.

Get the house finished which is taking an age to do, I hate DIY with a passion but need to get motivated more.

Hopefully have the other Mini sold before too long, it's been hanging around with no serious takers so far, two potential buyers failed to turn up without saying anything.
