That black one has been for sale for well over a year. Price hasn't budged either, so the salvage yard must have paid over the odds. I'm fairly sure we've already discussed it at length and deemed it to be uneconomically viable at that price.

Proper Maserati's have roof's...unless you're a hairdresser or an estate agent...or you drive a Saab

Mines got a roof, but I have the option of dropping it. And, FWIW, I don't sell houses or cut hair. BTW, I've also got a quick car with a steel roof but I prefer the spyder. Try it, you might like it too.

As James May say's. I hate the buffering in an open top car.....

Oh, but it's just so much more fun...ask my 19 mth old, he loves the wind, the noise, the fact that he can see all the way to the top of the bus we are passing - well, I guess that ones not for everyone.

And for a good reason. I'm comfortable with the 'doddery old g!t' or Sunday driver tag. Maturity comes with age, but I'm still waiting.

Vespa scooters are very nice for wind and noise if your young...... Twin Turbo 3200GT Maserati's are the choice of the 50 plus generation with style and few quid to spare :approve:

As an ex-biker, I really don't do open top cars. Wind seems to be over rated IMHO.

Each to their own, however.

As a current biker, I really do (like) open top cars. Wind seems to be under rated IMHO.

Each to their own, however.

Personally I love bikes and convertibles, but both lack the practicality that I need, unfortunately.
