Could just be a stuck clutch, or brake switch gone.......but somebody needs to go look at this baby....bargain.....?....hard to say at moment.....£5K could easily be eaten up putting her right!

Chap did explain that his wife couldn't get on with it , Just possibly like me the guy has a few cars and it wasn't one of his priorities to sort it before now , My old merc 02 car sits on the drive for months on end , then gets driven into the ground for a few months , minimal servicing from me the odd oil change and new discs and pads last year and thats it , my neighbours think im mad for letting it sit still

Definately worth a viewing and a bit of research if your after a spyder visually it looks an all together car , and servicing wise isle of wight is not too far from Emblem or Mike Roberts so you might be surprised

this is strange. there is another one on pistonheads, not the same car. very low milage.........his wife could,nt get on with it.

If you were selling would you not try and find out what the problem is first...Then if its an easy fix then you could as for loads more for the car...I also smell a rat but it could be the bargain of the year..

Love the wheels...Leo Nardo....Or if not a very good copy..

Could be the brake switch sticking , but my bet its the F1 pump relay/fuse , or at worst the F1 pump siezed , easy sussed and now a relatively cheap fix , my bet is he's knows what it is and has been quoted mega bucks to fix it ....... nothing to be scared of

I recon its even simpler than that, I recon the handbrake is welded on, mine will do it after sitting for a month.

If it its too good to be true it usually is. I would not be seduced by the price. Non standard bits on the car, does not seem well loved. Why take a risk when you could have the gem black with white leather featured in another recent thread for a few thousand more. BUY THE BEST.
