On the diagram at the link here, it seems the QP has a different arrangement and the tabs all around the front edge are what seem to secure it. It looks to me that you should be able to lever the air dam lower lip up and over the protrusions of the front bumper piece, then wiggle it out?

I can't comment on a QP, but on my GT there were a few obvious bolts to remove and then the thing just yanked out...

I understand they're all like that - mine certainly are. I also read somewhere that you shouldn't attempt to adjust them to lower the car or anything, because the world will explode or something.

Haha, I saw some evidence of a previous glue repair! I'd highly recommend that JB weld stuff, should you ever need to glue the Aston back together!
