Maybe get Alec Baldwin to film a gun scene near them?

still cant see how he managed to shoot 2 people at the same time, presumably faulty blank cartridge squib and why was he pointing the pistol at them anyway??, bit like brandon lee death,

I think a barrel can explode sometimes and then the shrapnel flies everywhere. A few years ago, my elderly uncle was taking pot shots at squirrel from his bedroom. He decided to “adapt” the cartridge. The barrel split and luckily he only blew a chunk off the window frame.

I like the sound of your uncle.

the actors do go through quite a bit of training with live ammo, quite impressed by keannu and especially the 4 cartridge shotgun reload

His un-armed combat training is tough as well. RDJ has recently qualified as a Wing Chun master.

My other uncle had shrapnel in his leg from WW2. He and my Dad decided to blow up the fuse/detonater from some or other unexploded german bomb they’d found on the farm. They put the fuse on a log, shot it at close range and it blew apart the end of their gun and a chunk of it embedded in David’s leg. They never told their parents.

western, so could of been a faulty colt revolver, i used to own one and was fun shooting live rounds until pistol ownership got banned, still have it but had it decommissioned instead of handing it back to police

When the armed forces play war with blanks a yellow 'blank firing attachment' is often put on the end of the rifle to prevent shrapnel from being emitted. It also helps with the gas flow allowing automatic reload. I've always wondered if film props have similar. Clearly not.

It only takes one thing to move a protester. Tip a ton of raw red meat over them and then administer the old Throat Punch!
If anyone else would like definitive answers to any world problems feel free to ask and I shall enlighten you. .....Shalom
