Not so very different from this...I think we may have done this before, but any of our resident horology experts feel like chipping in as to what this is? I can't find anything like it on line. Apologies the marks are not clear

The case is 9 carat (9/375 mark)
It has a Geneva Key with a 10 inside which indicates Union Suisse pour l’Habillage de la Montre (USH)
Imported to Glasgow (opposed Fs prone mark)
It also carries a 1930 'h' mark from Glasgow
