It looks good - particularly like giallo or rosso. Can request a test drive from the configurator (I have), but it definitely has its bugs!

Maranello have been chasing me for a week or so, suppose this is why lol.. I wish!. Did anyone pick up on the new services mentioned, Customisations and Classic? Wonder which models are counted as Classic and what that involves..

There’ll be a crappy frame with screws that rust fixed to the front mouth in the UK..... or officer it was there when I set off, honest....

I've configured mine too, just waiting for the price now - I don't need a test drive, I'm sure it will be much more capable than I am!

Well I stand corrected. Just watched it.
Daring at last.
I can see subtle past references, but dramatic without (thank goodness) brutal aggressiveness.
Ok some reflections on the 8c but sufficiently Maserati.
I hope now that this pushes the brand into the much needed FIAT group halo brand now the shake off of Ferrari has concluded.
With the right support it could succeed in that and a future for those passionate people in Modena in pursuit of design without compromise.
Quite bonkers, and it's not for me even if I could afford one.

I was beginning to wonder if I had one of the 'last' 'proper' Maserati. Hopefully the brand can build on this halo for lesser aspiring mortals without submerging into Chryler badge engineering.
I'm pleased they have done this.

I can see echoes of the 4c in the instrument cluster shape and the air vents behind the doors. My little brother had a 4c spider and it was an absolute hoot to drive but was crying out for a V6. Looks like Maser have kept the tub and done a complete redesign and the link to the MC12 is very prominent. I’m not the target market for this (still saving my pennies for a 8/9 year old GTS :p) but for those considering a ‘baby’ supercar eg the likes of an R8 or similar I think this will pull in new customers to the brand. In summary I hope they shift loads so that there’s a decent selection of used ones in 7 or 8 years time!
