Front Camber - shaped shims that go between the upper ball joint and the wishbone
Rear camber - adding or removing shims on the mountings for the fork which holds the wishbone inner link.
Front and rear caster - moving shims between the bushes and the subframe can allow some adjustment by moving the suspension mountings forward or backward.
It was nice of them to pump your tyres up. But it should be 29 psi all round unless you are going for top speed runs.

I'll drop the pressure's back down to 29psi
Are the shims specific to the car or fairly universal?
They suggested I'd need to go to a Mas specialist to get it done, but I guess if the specialist doesn't have decent alignment tools, how are they going to know how much (or little) to add?
