Morning all, finding it hard to sustain early starts after relative weeks of lay ins. Totally failed at getting up today. Got just five sites to get around locally. Then I really need to load the van for rope works. I’d really like to load the kayak and head to open water for the first time this year!

Have fun all...

Not the usual symptoms agreed , but shows you immune system is below par , be extra careful and vigilant whilst your down mate , alternatively try some hydroxichloriquine .........works for Trump lol :saifi:
Vit C 500mg and Vit D 5000ui. In combination with magnesium for absorption. Honestly I would recommend this to everyone. I read another scientific paper yesterday on Vit D and it has very significant anti inflamatory benefits. Given Covid-19 is a multi organ/ multisystem inflammatory desiese, there is a growing body of evidence building now to suggest that taking Vit D can help by reducing symptoms and the inflammatory impact on your body which is the big issue with Covid. etc

Mrs Crud was wondering how your kayak plans were shaping up, Newton. The open-water kayaking around here is excellent, if you don't mind dodging indolent and curious seals.

Morning, all. Bloody knackered. I have, as the French would say, ma tête dans mon cul. Hopefully, a coffee should deal with that. Maybe several, in fact. On the upside, I blocked out the entire afternoon so all being well should be done and dusted by around midday.

Have a shiny day, all. Stevie, enjoy playing with LEGO.

My wife was telling me exactly this. Good reason for being out in the sun. But not so much we all get skin cancer, I imagine.

All gone to pot at the moment Crud! I have a rowing machine at home but my active mind finds that tedious at best... Also my training buddy has slipped off the radar a bit with a sudden and unexpected return from the emerald Isle to a more local turf flogging heat pumps! As he gets settled we need to reengage and start getting serious. Still progressing with the plans but I can see it slipping a year again to allow the whole CV-19 thing to fade to memory following the discovery of a vaccine or something! I/we plumped for Burnham-on-Crouch as central to us for a training venue and club, now he is (Essex) land based it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

The overall plan is worked up and detailed, last year I managed a successful reccy trip with Benny of this parish through rural France to establish water levels at the proposed time of year etc. Remaining questions are things like support vehicle(s), type needs and other mind testing issues.

Morning all. Not much going on today. Apart from losing my Zoom virginity.
Have a conference call with the Spanish chaps I mentioned previously.

Just off to download the app.
