Whilst on Lambos. I refurbished my old Tonka dozer today to pass onto the Ms’ great nephew. Didn’t like the original yellow so have gone for The Italian Job colour scheme.

Wow..amazing. I have two ( why two I have no idea!) of the original yellow ones and the accompanying truck and crane of the same era. Waiting for grand kids to pass them onto one day.:D

Scaf, I ran 44 IDFs on the smallblock in my Corvette, the way I did it was 2 o2 bungs in the headers, wide band sensors, and went on one of the Cobra websites and found the jetting for the closest motor to mine. Tuned slightly rich, then backed off with the jets until it was sweet. I'm surprised you chaps don't have Weber experts all over. You are right, they look and sound the business!

I am not really capable of having a go myself, I am sure there are experts but so far I have only found
“So called” experts !

Those IDAs look much cooler than the IDFs, but they were more for racing, they lack an intermediate circuit. A port can be added though, it helps a lot.

Where are you Scaf? If you’re anywhere near the Black Country I can recommend Aldon in Brierley Hill. Speak to Alan he and Roger have been doing roiling road tunning since the 1960s and are Weber agents, you won’t find better.

Hertfordshire, but thanks for the thought.
