My understanding talking to some people on the inside so to speak is that this field hospital will be fully functioning with a triage section, ICU and recovery sections with patients being brought direct by ambulance to it. So seemingly its going to have the full span of capability not just a recovery 'over spill'. Of course they will still have the issue of finding enough PPE , ventilators and trained staff to run it.
This is why I am growing my own veg this year! However, getting supplied of citrus fruits may be a big problem this year with Spain and Italy in chaos.
