The above was put on this forum 21/3/20. It clearly shows that we were almost exactly 14 days behind Italy.
Today (UK figures from 26/3/20) we are 578 dead, at the same point minus 14 days Italy was 1015. We are therefore is a much better position than them.
Does anyone concur?
Yes, the current death data suggests that the 14-day-lag match is no longer so 'perfect' and we might be doing a bit better in the UK. But the data only covers a few days, so should be treated with caution.
