Abstemious is one of the most quoted words that have all the vowels in alphabetical order, but there are others that are shorter.

The word I was expecting someone to say was “facetious”, but I think MarkMas takes the win with anemious...

I think no one could even remember what the question was - it was so long ago.

I Googled it, and apparently the answer is Chicago Rivet & Machine Co of Napierville, Illinois, which seems pretty obscure to me. No wonder nobody got it.
