Hi All, I have recently come across this 4200 spyder for sale. Is this simply an after market body kit or was It a well known common kit from a Maserati specialist? Would be interested to know your thoughts and opinions. Thanks.3FB86A51-81AC-4409-9CDC-1CA2121C4D10.jpeg618E6715-0F07-48EF-9816-3E40D46CC384.jpeg3FB86A51-81AC-4409-9CDC-1CA2121C4D10.jpegFBBD835A-831C-4116-9CC5-9D49FF75C654.jpeg

Jesus that's so heavy handed. Maserati or any specialist/tuner I would have thought wouldn't be seen dead designing that.

Thanks for the comments. I must admit, I love my original GranSport and Maserati in general as they are very understated and elegant looking. This car to me looks too ugly and over the top for a car with such class :)

Ouch my eyes, those side skirts make the GS surfboards look stylish (and you all know how I hate them). IMO the balance of the Spyder is so good it doesn't need any additional adornments160314 Maser 08.jpg

Why spoil something so beautiful?
When Giorgetto Giugiaro styled the range, this was never envisaged, nor would it be endorsed by anyone with petrol in their veins.
