I don't recall there being a mid-facelift so to speak. I remember their being the first style, from 2004 to 2008, and then the facelift/facedrop shape from 2008 to 2012/13. This interior looks like a facelift car to me, but I'd not realised they'd dropped to bellow £20k. So, Lee, did you up your budget, settle on a higher mileage car, or just get lucky?!

More piccies please!

It was a higher mileage 58 MY09 facelift car. It was advertised yesterday privately and well done to him as he picked it up.

Thanks for the comments, I've bought a 58 plate 'standard'.

Black paint, black interior with red stitching:

Well done, takes a little bravery to buy your first one. The infotainment system is usefully better than the pre-facelift version, having bluetooth. Paddles - better to have them - useful when preparing to overtake. Yours has the Rosewood of my current car and the black interior & paint of my previous one.

More details & pictures please :)

I'd agree that the Med Blu is an awesome colour. What is the blue called on Ewan's QP? That is very nice too.

I have 3 blue, 3 silver/grey & 1 black. Only ever owned one red car so fancy something red at some point to add some colour I think.

Just convince Kupe to get his wallet out & buy a Stradale then his Med Blu GS will be up for grabs

Can I do without a kidney? Yup, really like that. Not sure about the black wheels. I starting to like the alacatara on the GT's.

I think i makes sense - if you dont "fill" the seats(in a GS) you tend to slide a bit in the leather where as the Alcantara helps you stick!!

Don't worry about mpg....its only money Zero depreciation so spend it on fuel instead!

I've worked out that I would have done 28,000 miles in the year since I bought my Merc.
I doubt that would be cost effective in a Maser that will do 20 mpg at best.

Would be interesting to work out the difference. I've averaged 22.3mpg in mine since I got it. I do a mix so more mway stuff & you could average 25mpg I reckon. The missus' Freelander only does 26mpg so not bad really.

On a run the Merc does 50 mpg comfortably. Short stuff I still get 25-30mpg.

To me it's a no brainer.
