Drove the QP yesterday...traffic oddly light so was able to be a little more, er, safe...yes, safe!...than usual...rain today through Thursday so Maaaalibuuuuu

GT still up on stilts awaiting a refurbished alloy.

Collected the 360 from AV this afternoon after some substantial work:
-Big service, all ancillary belts and fluids, plus cam belts and pulley replacements
-replace leaking rear main seal (gearbox off - 10 hours)
-renew thermostat, heater control valve and water pump hose
-install CS heat shield to rear deck lid
-remove entire dashboard and replace defroster vent covers and side vents, refit.
-renew bulbs in HVAC control panel and window switches
-replace starter motor terminal cover
-replace exhaust gaskets
-replace oil pressure sensor
Think that was it..


It’s no wonder Mrs Bebs calls her the mistress..

Took mine to Caffine and Machine in Petersfield, opened 3 weeks ago. Met with Stevo and my brother so 3 Masers on site. It was very good

New, straight & repainted front Neptune is back on the GT.
Will take it for a spin this morning to Crawley to drop off a soundbar that needs a repair. Seems a good excuse to me anyway…

Collected him from my detailer who restored this to this - no filler required as his wrinkles were more like fine lines. Also had a chat with Hoodtech - seems his roof is now waiting in German customs and appropriate documents have been sent - all being well that means the trip to Chester should go ahead in a couple of weeks. And ordered some cleaning materials to help maintain his sparkle.

Great run out in what seemed like spring/summer weather, 21 degrees.
Caused the usual eardrum havoc in the Dartford tunnel being the imature git I am…

Previous weekend I took the rear bumper off and installed my Skoda £12.99 parking sensor, worked a treat. Gave it all a nice clean and even documented the process for my YT channel. Then on Satursday just gone went for a breakfast meet up at Eastwood Park with some other Italian models. Small event due to not being able to park on the lawn due to moisture, lots of moisture. Had a nice trip back through the Costwolds and even up the "w". Stopped for a spot of lunch in Kemble, before returning home. Was good to hear that exhaust note again.

Tomorrow a drive to Ross On wye for some rear tyres to be installed.
