Well, I decided to take none of your advice and just did it completely randomly. Came downstairs and just asked her to marry me. No big event or grand gesture. Just asked. She said yes. Happy days!

Congrats, sometimes it pays to keep it simple!

Congrats. Ours was similar. Mrs Catman was putting the cereal away in the cottage we were renting and I suggested she might like to try this (*very* cheap H Samuel ring on)

Congratulations! Now the Maser hunt can begin properly.

I've been married for 24 years (more than half my life, which is a frightening fact!). Just booked a week in Vegas with a load of friends next May to celebrate our 25th.

OMG - that made me think, married 23 years, soldier for 22, I am 47 now and been an ex serviceman ( not a civilian) 7 years, when did all that happen!!!!!
But presently a Maserati owner for a month, new chapter!

I'm sure a QP owner could help out with the wedding like BJL did with mine two years ago. I'm still grateful for that.

Thanks guys. Much appreciated. Couple of work contracts are looking good to drop. So it's all coming together nicely.
