They were lovely and crispy, plenty of salt on the skin.

Went for tuna & mayo, and got a bit posh with avocado & bacon mashed up with a bit of Tabasco and sour cream...

Morning all, late on today as I came downstairs to a smoking & smelling dishwasher. It was an old Beko model which we were given for free by the in-laws and it lasted a few years so can't complain. A new Bosch will be here tomorrow from AO (excellent service by the way) so until then, it's back to the fairy liquid - the stress of it will be hard to take!!!

It's a beautiful sunny day out there so I hope it is for everyone else, have a good one
