Well I connected everything up this evening on the van, connected the battery and the systems kicked in....

The windscreen wipers were running on a low constant, switch does nothing and the ignition is off?
Central locking cannot stay locked so cannot reset the security?
System thinks it has an electronic handbrake that is not on?
System thinks it has a lot more air bags than the one drivers one it has, also records seatbelt errors....
System still believes it has a DPF and electronic power steering...!
Believes it is 64,000 overdue a service!

Positives; the windows work, fuel pump and gauge work and the information systems are functioning and the ignition works.

It will not start because of the handbrake issue also it need to reset the security to eliminate the immobiliser issue and I'm getting a really loud bleep from the dash somewhere but at least nothing blew up or caught fire...

So I need to find someone with Planet (Peugeot/Citroen software) to hook it all up and delete the unnecessary parts out of the system so it can function.

As negative as that all sounds I'm actually quite happy to see things coming together and almost working!

Morning all, I'm on early shift again. There was a proper downpour last night that woke me up. All seems calm now but I've not checked outside yet too busy eating my porridge.

Up most of the night babysitting DB activities. Today I will mostly be sleeping from home.

Looks like we're within a couple of hours of completing, so within our contingency deadline of 1400 UTC

Morning, just work today.

Given up bread and curry night (and maybe beer) for November and am going to go to circuits 3 times a week instead.

I am sure all the good work will be undone at the Xmas doo, it's only just over 5 weeks away, can you beleive it!!!

it was mate... I added a lot of experience and credit to my company, but..never again night working..i love to wake up at 5am, not going to bed at 5.

Morning all, good weekends I trust?

A damp, chilly start to the week here - very autumnal but lots to do.

A nice time out with the AC at the weekend but quite other than that, a busy week ahead with lots to work but a day in London town to look forward to on Thursday.
