Happy Friday, all. Child-free weekend ahead, presuming I can survive the day. Mix of meetings, with me at the focal point again.

Have some making up to do, as we had dinner reservations at 18:30 last night, and I got to the restaurant at 19:30 because I couldn't extricate myself from a parent meeting that had started at 17:00...

Hope everyone is gracefully sliding toward a nice, quiet afternoon. Unless you don't want to.

Morning all, first heavy frost by the look of it.

The girls are away at a music weekend, so might get Indian tonight as they hate the smell of curry

Good darn near afternoon. Sunny and supposedly warmer. Definitely slower pace. Been up since around 9...with assistance from our espresso machine, as well...and finally peeking at emails, etc. I am only going to do what I feel like doing today...which won't be much.

There appears to be some utlity work going on down the road, at the nearest intersection...and it's backing cars up all the way here. And anytime one of the cars has a dog hanging out the window, all three of mine lose their sh!t...

Hope everyone is hanging in, out, and/or on!

Good morning all, F1 final race today and from the grid it looks like a procession unless bedlam happens at the start. Wedding anniversary today as well. 18 years and still going strong.
Congrats Andy, 18 years is something to be proud of and you have a cracking pair of lads to show for it.

Morning. Final F1 race then I can knock Sky on the head.

Morning all, congrats Andy & Liz.

Nothing much today, GP but unless someone hitches a caravan to those Red Bulls I can only see the result going one way, only question is will the little sh1t support his teammate or just continue with the arrogant selfishness he has shown the rest of his carear

Morning all, managed to get out in the Tiger yesterday and meet a few mates up at the Ace, and then it was back into London with Mrs Scaf for dinner and a London show, The west end was absolutely rammed last night, no sign of a cost of living crisis !

Got into a “situation” with some pervert pushing into two young women ahead of us in the crush in the underground, one of the girls did the right thing by making a fuss but he wasn’t going anywhere, so I decide to stand between him and them (and Mrs Scaf) he did not like it at all but disliked being called a pervert a lot less and then the cameras came out, thankfully he walked away, the girls travelled with us to Euston and a train home, I just hope someone would do the same for my daughters.

Today the forecast was for rain, but it’s blue sky and so I have been out for coffee and a short blast in the Strad, if the roads dry out and the sun keeps shinning it will be out in the Tiger for a pub lunch, got to make the most of the nicer weather whilst we have it.

Local pub for a pint with the guys later, before family dinner.
