Good morning Andy and everyone.
On a roll this week back in the workshop and truly back in my happy place.
Not sure about my French mate nice to have company but at the same time it's a bit like having Poirot on my tail.
Have a Great day all.

Interested in what you are going to replace the oil with. We have a place in Austria, where down in the village, underground thermals have been used to provide for the whole village with a set cost. (Its a Spa village but unfortunately up on the heights we are on electric storage heaters). Or are you talking about financial support from gov?
The house has to be insulated which they will do internally and dry line all the walls, double glazing and then a heat pump using the existing cast iron radiators which are very efficient.
The house was assessed by the local authority and grants to come from the government and local artisan's to do the work.

Morning, all. Very wet cat this morning. He's bloody stupid and will not stay in overnight <shrug> At least I got a decent night's sleep.

Have a good day, all

Morning all, joining the sleep deprived mob today too, just not a good night. Happy Birthday @stevo of this parish.

Local, staying dry mostly today.

Have fun all...

Morning all. Bit of a chalk and cheese day yesterday with some great news tempered with some very frustrating news.
Which hopefully can be remedied today.

Good morning, Rabble!

Wowsers, I seem to have been rather slack at poking my head above this parapet of late.
Working from Poole today from my desk chez the outlaws.

We finally got the formal wedding invitations out over the weekend, so a few of you should have some post arriving over this week. For everyone else, I'll be posting an invitation thread as it'll definitely be a case of "the more the merrier" at our ceremony.

HapPea Thursday! xXx

Morning, all. A bit dusty this morning. Sub-5 hours sleep is not enough.
Same.

Good morning, all. As I have said before, and will say again..."it's not H*ll, exactly...but you can see it from here."

WFH first part of day prior to a repeat BBQ from some particularly passionate parents this evening. Dry, at least...but unmercifully cold, especially given the abruptness of this shift. But the sun is out, and i'm still on the right side of the AstroTurf...so can't be all bad!

Morning all. United Nations of meetings today.
Starting with Norway, then, USA, Colombia and Serbia and USA again.

Along with a mountain of emails to get through. S'pose I shouldn't complain, we're in recession after all!
