Morning all. Office bound today. Just as well with the lovely weather out there.

Need to find a physic today to see if he/she can confirm (or otherwise) the cruciate ligament injury in my left knee.
If it is confirmed I think that will be the end of my football career. :(

Thought I’d posted this morning but maybe not. Well M25 was awful this morning and as bad this afternoon, seems the Darfraud CC are creating traffic jams ahead of the forthcoming debate about the lower crossing. So we must bear the brunt of it.

Have fun all...

Morning all, work and then a trip to the Swedish furniture shop to buy storage units to make room for kids Christmas presents - I think we might be doing this all wrong

Morning,
Work then supposed to go for Dinner with ex colleagues tho I'm not sure I can be arsed.
I'm giving Xmas the shove I think. Sick of it all ready.
Bah humbug.

Car covering in ICE this morning, it certainly is chilly!

Slightly apprehensive of this weekends SM Xmas doo, zero temps, 450 horses and PZERO's

Morning all.

Morning all. Been flat out from the get go this morning. Not helped by the lack of sleep due to Joseph not wanting to settle last night.

In other bad news, on medical advice I've had to retire from playing football due to ligament damage in my knee.
I could get it operated on, but it would just re-occur, and if I did persist in playing I could end up not being able to walk properly or do any kind of sport. :(
I'm gutted as I've been playing since I was 4. 40 years! Still in a state of shock as it hasn't quite sunk in yet.

Commiserations Mark,
Know how you feel, had the same with football then just running, most advice which I ignored and ended up with a partial hip replacement @ 34.

Probably the right decision, my mates on his 3rd knee op (both knees) and you can get on that bike you are not using - see - always finish on a +ve..

I think the bike may well get some use now.

Feel for you Mark, I kept up Rugby till I was 48 and then not because of a specific injury but because of the recovery time getting on for 3 weeks after every game! I just couldn’t be crippled for that long each time!
