Good Afternoon, wife took me out for a 5k run... yes you read that right....not more far from the sofa now, so just dreaming on what to do to the new house. There will be an open invite for the house warming 'in time'. Priority is to get 'in' it first.

Into the office today to wash up after the weekend's (so far) completely successful DC migration. Knackered.

Still get through Black Friday and Cyber Monday then we're pretty much done for the year (he lied, confidently)

Feeling rubbish. Picked up a virus from somewhere and it feels as though someone has been sandpapering my throat. Doesn't help with sleeping either so its a duvet day for me today. Might do some more video playing.

Good Morning Everyone, Leg are stiff from yesterday.

Solicitor is on the ball this morning and has fired an email at the estate agent for the memorandum of sale. This backs up my intent for a quick sale, hence why I got the 'preferred bidder' nod even though my bid was lower than the other. So now its all on them. So hopefully in by the mid to late January. We shall see!

Ahhh the joys of parenthood!

Have my parents coming down for a couple of days today so will be a short day as I have to pick them up from the station.

At some point I need to crack on with my year end accounts as well....
