Morning everyone.
A drizzly day made the ride to work feel extra cold, but that's been sorted by a hot shower and a pot of tea. Today is responsing to a tender with all the documents I need translating into a funky foreign language before the deadline.
This evening I'm off to some posh Indian restaurant opening do in the new Westgate Centre in Oxford. Should be fun.
HapPea Thursday!

Good morning everyone, day off so I'm going to the science museum (wife's idea) then seeing Tom Robinson later on at the 100 Club. Mate had a spare ticket and I saw him play at his house. Might shout a request

Morning all,

Day with no calls today, so waiting for the Tiki bar to open so I can get the first Margarita of the day.... it’s hard work, but someone has to do it!

Morning,

Oddly up earlier than yesterday, with less sleep, and don't feel as tired. Oh well. WFH today, that means calls most of the morning trying to head of a weeks worth of insanity, followed by an afternoon trying to squeeze a couple of days of technical work done. Still, hopefully it'll pay off in the long run.

That said it looks like a sunny day so might have to bin the second half of the afternoon and go for a drive ;)

Have a great day all

Morning All,
Work and more work, been asked to stay late, no chance, coming in Sunday is bad enough, but got next Friday off and a long weekend in Warminster. Get my tetnus boost Wednesday as I know it's dodgy down South. Clean air and weak as **** beer is a bad thing.
Best of luck to Liz Andy, you deserve a bit of an upturn.
Have a good Friday, oh, fish and chips for lunch.
Dave

Morning all, exhausted already, managed a triple day yesterday with the last job in a suit in the rain in Mayfair, got an Uber to a meeting in St. James and sat there steaming drying out throughout. Came out of the meeting and walking to Green Park as I got to the Ritz I bumped into Hellen, Mirrian and two friends stumbling out! What are the chances of that?

Today I need to extract the GS from the garage before the alleyway becomes too blocked, then some admin before heading up to Buxton to see mum.

Have fun all...

Following on from my last message. At 3pm on Wednesday the doctor walked into Alex's room, where we were expecting him to say "you can go home now".
Instead he said you have a Group B Streptacoccous infection and we need to deliver the baby. Now.

Fast forward to 7.02pm, and Joseph was born by C-Section. Weighing 4lbs 12oz and 6 weeks early.

He was whisked off to special care being so early but is doing well and breathing on his own and growing stronger every day.
He will be in there for at least a week.
Alex is a little sore as you can imagine but is doing brilliantly.

Don't think I've ever had such a roller coaster of emotions in just a few hours as I did on Wednesday.
I think what hair I do have left has gone grey!

Best get back up the hospital!

Congrats to Mark and Alex!...do they do a Maserati Baby Grow?

Morning. Lovely sunny day down here, looking forward to a full weekend of SM activities with Zep et al plus the outside chance of making Ryans Run on Sunday (Saturday night dependant).
