Morning,
In work, tired, rubbish nights sleep, windy!
Oh well, get on at it, busy day ahead trying to force people(managers) to make decisions knowing full well that I will have to do it for them....
Have a good week,

Morning,

Sun is shining today, though there's plenty of wind, so took the Alfa Spider to work. Debating winter storage options so looking to get as much use out of it as possible before then.

Office day today and can feel a headache coming on already. Not good.

Still I'm back to 4 day weeks this week which is great :D

Have a great day all

Morning all. Slept like a log but still woke up knackered. But the sun is shining!

España trip looks like a severe case of FOMO for the rest of us.

Newton, if you have a fixing fixation swing by here for a coffee sometime. My guess is that we'd keep you busy for at least 6 months.

Have a good day, everyone.

Good morning forum,

Passengers on the train tracks, power being turned off, and emergency services called to attend - not a good start to the day...

However, on the bright side, I have a seat, and it's just more time to browse the forum! Hope you all have a good day.

Injuries are part of the game..
Had more injuries playing BB than any other sport. Mostly niggly rather than nasty. Knees, ankles, someone else's nose (oops) but part of the game as you say. Hope the knee heels soon - not something to rush though.

Morning all, breakfast 2 at the all inclusive in Lloret, I'm getting there on the chill front but I suspect that is more to do with the weather rather than me relaxing. Adam it is ok, a challenge has been accepted from Jeanette that will occupy my brain during this enforced holiday! I have clearance to go to LeMans next year provided she has a new and completed kitchen before hand! This fact was witnessed by multiple SM members so is cast iron & triple locked! So I can lay on a sun bed with my skull candy buds in, sun glasses on oggling the beauties whilst constructing a remodelled ground floor at home.

An example of the beauties:

Not!

Had fun counting the fellow travellers home from Viva Espana last night.

Have fun all...

Morning all from the Mot centre near me. Mot time for the Merc (mine) will be back on Wednesday for Alex's ML.

Not much work going on today as this afternoon I will be taking the MIL to Land Rover Canterbury to pick up her new Evoque.
Quite a nice car, but not for me. I think I'd like a new RR Sport as my next daily.

Thanks. not idea how long it will last. I had a crack crash on my other knee ten years ago, and that was quite bad. This one feels less serious. Doctor says that i have to make an operation, cause if i leave it this way, i#ll be having pain when i am 60 years old. For now i listen to my body and see how it will react when i start to play again.

dunk with coffee or dunk in coffee Chris?...

Dunk in. It's a English thing again.
I have feathering of the cartilage behind my kneecap. I've been assured it won't give me any issues, but it makes the most gut wrenching noise for people who are not expecting it :D

Have had plenty of bruising & strains of the knee(s) but never any tears.
Agreed - listen to your body but if the Doc. says an op it must be a bad one.
Hmmm - 2nd opinion maybe before you do any further serious damage??
