Shall be picking up daughter from Raymond Blanc's Manoir aux Quat Saisons later. She was excited this morning when I dropped her off, in anticipation of her patisserie course today and has been looking forward to it for months. A gift from me, for being, well, a nice gal.

Having a really good time in Sri Lanka, seeing and doing loads of different things, walk at early o'clock, tomorrow and train trip, then next 2 days are safarri's and elephant orphanage, then it's a shocking early start and sea plane to Maldives. Will enjoy that flight I think!!

Well I think my decision as to what flooring finish to use in the workshop has been made for me!

I'm officially tired of moving carpet tiles now....after moving circa 650 of the twice!! Not ideal to have carpet tiles in the workshop but it is cost effective (FREE!!!) and have plenty of spares. Will be nice and warm/comfortable at least.

Morning all, just waiting for Tim from F-Tech to arrive and transport the beast to Exeter for a service, Whilst I clear off to Cape Verde for a week. Hope Doris doesn't interfere with my plans! This is Quite momentous for me, as it is the first time in my motoring life (nearly 40 yrs) that I have entrusted a garage to service my car!!
