Morning all, first Christmas lunch today as the in laws are over

It is cold here, heating on full for an hour and I'm still cold.....
Christmas party at a neighbours last night, never knew I'd like Dioranno so much that I'd have the bottle!!

Shooting was in Brooklyn, it was all over the news yesterday. Happy to say it's had no effect to us. Morning all - another hearty breakfast followed by some sightseeing. Going to Ground Zero today which I'm sure will be very moving. At my daughter's insistence we will also be going to Taylor Swift's apartment in Tribeca. That will be less moving.

This morning took my car to my mums and taught her how to start it. Need to leave it with her whilst I am away for Christmas and New Year as I won't be back till end of Jan.

Brooklyn's the monied area now. Some lovely brownstone houses and The River Cafe is tremendous. Why don't you go there while your daughter looks at Taylor Swift's apartment? A grown man realy mustn't be subjected to such indignities, Mark. Be strong.
