Does it have a higher ground clearance?

What's the actual difference from the standard car?

What's the fuss? We've been parking in fields at many a car show and some times if keys are left around at a gite...doughnuts appear...

Aren't most of the cars we obsess about, pointless? - that's the point!

Indeed but I would have thought that this option is a potentially ruinous financial one.
Imagine the state of that Lambos bodywork, wheels etc after all those stones, potholes etc……would you really do that to yer supercar pride’njoy?

For a start I reckon an average driver is gonna run out of talent very quickly trying to extract even 3/10 from the raging bull off-road…..that in itself could end in tears!

With a road going version mechanicals are probably the biggest concern.…..using this off road opens up a whole new can of worms I would have thought. It would be a very brave man that bought one of these that had been used as intended -second hand.

A divorce might be cheaper.

if you could afford it, then why not! I'm sure that there's a whole strata of society which most of us never come into contact with that buys and treats these as toys and are not remotely concerned with either the cost of maintenance or resale value.

Probably even runs to the cost of ex-wives as well....

As someone once said. Half of a **** of a lot, is still a **** of a lot!

Yes indeed … but they do also build tractors so it remains to be seen if they’ve learned anything that’s been applied to the car, so it doesn’t disintegrate at the first pot hole.
