Chaps,
Through circumstance, I've had to get some work done on the GS at a garage other than my normal choice (usually use McGrath). I used these guys for my Merc and they're good.
I'm having new discs, handbrake shoes and a handbrake cable fitted. I'm not a mechanical genius but from past experience when I used to dabble, the disks/pads/shoes are not a big job...assuming it goes relatively without a hitch!
Roughly speaking, do any of you have any idea what I should be expecting to be billed (hours)? I've provided parts so am expecting it to be labour. Is it 2 hours? 4 hours? 8 hours? More?
I have my own ideas but would like to know what you guys reckon (best/worse case)?
Cheers
