People that park outside my drive gates every day so blocking my access.
It is a daily event as care workers visit my lovely next door neighbour who is wheel chair bound but even so I live on a long road and there are plenty of other opportunities available.
When I am really wound up I leave a curt message on their windscreen.

Open her up. Release the handbrake and roll her forward so you can get out.
Ambulances are always unlocked.
Call for an ambulance for an address about 20' along the street. That should do nicely
My neighbour's son, who had his entire childhood in their house and has remained local since, is stull unable to park his car/van/anything else without partially blocking my access. I've often been tempted to get a set of these:

I've since painted and reattached the gates and cleaned the pathway and tidied up the garden.
