I think you have it: Trinity College Dublin, There is a Trinity at both Oxford & Cambridge. Probably the others, too.

Not sure we have certainly done the highest number expressed as a word that has all letters in alphabetical order and I know the longest word with letters in reverse order but can't think of the answer at the moment, I have a couple of 6 letters and a risky 7 as they would say on countdown

Billowy is a real word, as in “her hair was all billowy in the wind...†However, it's not the longest.
