Cameroon & Seychelles are two I think
I think Mauritius might be but couldn't say for sure. A lady I know who works for Metro.fr is Mauritian and have a vague recollection of her mentioning something about it.
Mauritius is one of those countries that specifically doesn't have an official language even though both English and French are spoken
Mozambique is another
Mozambique is another
Are you sure, I thought that was Portuguese ?
Mozambique! Lol....Yep, I think midlifecrisis has answered a different question,
"Which is the only Commonwealth country to have Portuguese as its official language?"
or possibly,
"Which is the only country in the world to have a AK47 depicted on its national flag?"
What are the four Commonwealth countries where French is an official language, apart from Canada (with Quebec), and Mauritius (no official language)?
1. Cameroon (zagatoes30)
2. Seychelles (zagatoes30)
3.
4.
Of the two remaining, one is in Africa, the other in the Pacific.....
So the African one is a country that went through massive political change in the era then?
Was a German colony, then Belgian, then independence, modernization, major civil unrest (based largely on tribal conflicts) and now a fairly stable multi-party democracy with an elected president who is, however, showing somewhat authoritarian tendencies.
So I guess Rwanda is the answer
